Delivery Areas

We offer delivery across Malaysia.

 

Delivery Schedule

Monday to Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of each month and local public holidays.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-7 working days. A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.

 

Delivery Timeframes

West Malaysia (Peninsular), expect delivery in 2-5 working days.

East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak), delivery takes 5-10 working days.

 

Address Changes

Changes to the delivery address cannot be made after payment.

 

Delivery Attempts

We make 3 delivery attempts for each order.If we can’t reach you after the third attempt, the order is canceled, and you are responsible for all incurred costs (including delivery fees).

 

Undelivered Orders

If you haven’t received your order within 3-7 working days after receiving your tracking number, contact us at customer-care@everynutra.com

 

Shipping Rates

Domestic Delivery

  • West Malaysia (Peninsular) – RM5 for the first 5KG, RM2 for each additional KG.
  • East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) – RM10 for 1KG, RM3 for each additional KG.
  • FREE Delivery for orders above RM100 in West Malaysia addresses, unless otherwise stated in special promotions.

Same Day Delivery (Klang Valley Only)

  • Available for orders placed before the cut-off time.
  • Free shipping doesn’t apply to Same Day Delivery.
  • Shipping rates for Same Day Delivery:
    • RM7.50 for 1 – 5kg
    • RM13.50 for 6 – 40kg
    • RM35.00 for 41 – 100kg
  • Maximum weight per parcel is 20kg; heavier parcels are split.

Same Day Delivery Zones

  • Zone 1A: Delivery to all postal codes in Kuala Lumpur and nearby areas.
  • Zone 1B: Limited postal codes in Rawang.

Cut-off Time for Same Day Delivery

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm are delivered on the same day, starting from 10am.

Important Notes

  • Same Day Delivery times are subject to demand and weather conditions.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed.

FAQ:

Absent During Delivery

  • If you’re not available when the driver arrives and can’t be reached within 5 minutes, your order will be canceled.

 

Damaged Item

  • If your item is damaged during delivery, notify us within 24 hours via customer-care@everynutra.com
  • Provide your name, contact details, order number (Order #XXXXX), and an image of the damaged item.

 

Driver No-Show

  • Ensure your delivery address is accurate. Same day delivery is limited to selected areas in the Klang Valley.
  • You can’t change the delivery address after order confirmation. Inaccurate addresses may result in order cancellation.

 

Delivery Times

  • Same day delivery occurs Monday to Saturday (usually from 2pm to 9 pm), excluding public holidays and weekends.
